How do I create my first feedback loop?
Use the /askhumans slash command in any channel or DM, then click "Create Loop" and follow the guided setup process.
Can I schedule recurring feedback loops?
Yes! After creating your questions, you can set up daily, weekly, or custom schedules to automatically send feedback loops to your team.
Who can see the responses?
Only the person who created the feedback loop can see the responses. AskHumans respects privacy and keeps individual responses confidential.
How many questions can I add to a loop?
You can add multiple questions to each feedback loop. We recommend keeping it concise (3-5 questions) for better response rates.
Can I send loops to specific people or channels?
Yes, you can choose to send your feedback loops to specific team members, channels, or groups during the setup process.
What happens if someone doesn't respond?
AskHumans provides gentle reminders and you can track response rates to follow up personally when needed.
How do I edit or delete a feedback loop?
You can manage your existing loops through the AskHumans interface. Use /askhumans and select "Send Existing Loop" to view and manage your created loops.
